This program will provide 1.5 contact hours (0.15 CEU's) of Continuing Pharmacy Education credit for completion of this knowledge based activity. Attendance and completion of the program evaluations are required for statements of credit.  Attendees must complete a Program Evaluation Form after each presentation.
