The attached e-Mail was received from the NH Office of Professional Licensure & Certification.

At legislative snafu lead to a loss of $350,000 in license fees to the State of New Hampshire.

Of course this does not include time and labor costs to issue refunds to registrants.

Who drafted the 2019 legislation anyway?

Personally, I personally believe the State made a mistake when deciding to reimburse everyone.  Think about it - the error happened but so what?  Give us all a credit instead of spending the money, time and effort to reimburse us.  This is an example of an injudicious use of manpower and unnecessary scapegoating.  Rick
