As a pharmacist or pharmacy technician you are expected to follow rules and regulations be it a federal or state requirement or a corporate mandate, metric or guideline.  Intense financial pressure combined with volume-based reimbursements drive the constant push to fill more prescriptions in less time. Staff reduction compromises patient care and adversely effects pharmacist & technician well-being.

You are welcome to express your opinions and concerns
