Time for Outpatient Clinical Services

As part of my job duties, I am supposed to schedule and perform CMRs (Complete Medication Reviews).  I believe in the importance of CMRs and other MTM-related services in improving patient outcomes.  However, as a retail pharmacist, the bread and butter of the business is the script volume, followed closely by administering immunizations.  As there is no pharmacist schedule overlap in my location, I find it simply impossible to schedule a time in my work-shift that I could step away from the bench for even 20 minutes and give a patient my undivided attention to do an adequate CMR.  Does anyone know of a healthcare setting in NH where time for CMR's and other outpatient clinical services is baked into the staff scheduling?
